Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. God is love; He first demonstrated love by sending Jesus that we might live through Him and have propitiation for our sins. For God Himself says,
"I've loved you with an everlasting love, I have drawn you with unfailingly kindness. Indeed, nothing can separate us from the love of Christ; not even tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, peril, suffering or anything life may present. May the love of God overwhelm you today and all the days of your life. Shalom!
